Save Money Using These Seasonal U.S. Travel Destination Guidelines
We all know that traveling during non-peak seasons is the way to go to save money on nearly all your travel expenses, from airfares to hotels, right down to sites and attractions.
This graphic tells you where to go at what time of year, to get the best bang for your buck:
There’s one destination suggestion that I don’t necessarily buy.
Vegas baby! You can’t escape the tourist hoards in Sin City ya’ll! The Oasis in the Sands was made for out-of-towners to escape their day-to-day by spending all their hard-earned cash and go home broke and depressed, right? Well, maybe not depressed, but I don’t see any official off-season being a reality in that place.
Definitely hit ski spots like Vail and Killington in the summer to enjoy them “sans snow” for some great fishing and hiking.
And — California during any season is awesome!
