I have to admit that I haven’t used Airbnb yet, though I have used Couchsurfing.com and absolutely loved the experiences.

Here’s a short start guide for those of you, who like me, haven’t used the service yet but plan to in the near future:

Really love the filtering tools they have on Airbnb, though I have to admit that I’d prefer to stay in a hotel if I’m not couch surfing. Something about paying to stay with strangers is just odd to me, though I can see the appeal for people who don’t like staying at a stuffy hotel or motel.

The greatest takeaway tip in the vid is about being really meticulous about checking out the bnb’ers rating, then following up by reading all their reviews carefully.
